I started my career early with a formal background in Real Estate and Property Management.  Along with my college degree, I have been selling real estate full time since 1978.  I am well-trained and disciplined to effectively use all of today's advanced technology and financing to  better serve both buyers and sellers.

Most importantly, I truly understand how stressful buying and selling real estate can be for my clients.  For most, It's not simply a business transaction but involves major life changes and decisions, as well as a myriad of emotions.  My success comes from translating a client's particular needs into a customized game plan.  The results are measured by my unsually high number of referral customers.
